Marcus Brain
Managing Director

Born and bred in South Africa, Marcus completed his schooling in Cape Town and finish honors degrees in both Marketing and Finance at the University of Cape Town. His early career involved FMCG marketing and operations, before moving into tourism. With a passion for all Africa offers and the coming of age of the web, the progression to start an internet based tour operator was an obvious one.

Michael Brain
Non-Executive Chairman

With business acumen developed across a multitude of industries, Mike is invaluable in guiding the long term growth and strategic direction of South Africa 365. He is the managing director of a JSE listed company, and serves on the board of a number of companies.
His belief in the success of South Africa as a nation is infectious and extends to everything that he does.

Lawrence Jumba
Accountant

Born and raised in Kenya, Lawrence completed his schooling in Uganda, before moving to the United States to complete his studies and start his career. With a BS in Computer Science Engineering and Masters of Busniess Administration at Northwestern Polytechinic University, Lawrence certainly has all of the credentials in place to run a seamless accounting department.

Lawrence is fluent in English, Swahili and Luganda and is a great go-between for our East African suppliers. Lawrence is integral to ensuring the smooth running of your safari, ensuring balances are captured on time from clients, and suppliers are paid on time. Weekends are spent swimming or biking in beautiful Cape Town.

Kerry Wyatt

Senior Travel Consltant
Born and raised in Cape Town, Kerry's travels have taken her all over Africa. She is a registered Tour Guide for Cape Town and the Western Cape and has spent time as a tour leader from Cape Town to Nairobi. She has been a tourist guide and tour operator for 5 years and a travel consultant for 4 years.

Kerry specializes in luxury tour operating throughout Southern Africa and her favourite areas and interests include Cape Peninsula and Cape Point, Garden Route, hiking in the mountains, generally enjoying spending time outdoors and travelling.

Dianne McClarty

Senior Travel Consltant
Traveling through Europe after school, Dianne was bitten by the travel bug and began studying tourism soon after her return to Cape Town. She has been in the Industry for the past 11 years and is passionate about bringing as many travelers to South Africa as possible. Her favorite areas are Cape Town, the Garden Route and the Game Parks of South Africa.
 

Bernelle Strauss
Senior Travel Consltant

Hailing from Cape Town, Bernelle had her first taste of the travel and hospitality industry in Florida, USA. The allure of South Africa finally convinced her to return and since then she has worked in various spheres on the industry. Bernelle has completed her tertiary certificate of travel and Tourism as well as Tour Guiding and has extensively travelled Madagascar, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, and of course, South Africa.

Charlotte Chibaduki
Senior Travel Consltant

Charlotte has an exceptional array of tourism industry experience. She has been in the travel trade industry for 20 years, working and travelling extensively throughout Southern Africa. She started off her career in Zimbabwe in the hotel industry before moving to Botswana and Mozambique specializing in lodges and safaris to these destinations. In 1997 Charlotte relocated to South Africa and has been working as an inbound travel specialist ever since. She openly admits: "Tourism is my life" and her passion is helping and assisting her clients to organise perfect luxury holidays, which is her driving force. Her successful track record in the tourism and hospitality industries gives her the knowledge and insight to help you plan the perfect luxury safari holiday to Southern Africa.

Janine Bellis
Senior Travel Consltant

Janine’s passion for Africa and its wild life began at a young age. Whilst living in Zambia, by the time she was 6 years old she was assisting bottle feeding orphaned elephant calves and taking family holidays to the Kafue National Park. Later, the family moved to live in South Africa where she spent her early teens before finishing her schooling in Britain.

 By then Africa was under her skin and it was only natural that she studied travel and tourism and began a career specializing in selling Africa as a destination. She has an extraordinary level of knowledge in African tourism, but her passion still lies in Zambia home to the walking safari and often referred to as the ‘Real Africa’.
 

Carel Verhoef
East Africa Business Manager

Carel grew up in the Kruger National Park in South Africa where his family is known for groundbreaking wildlife conservation work. Carel’s knowledge and passion for the African bush stems from an early age and his vast experiences ranges from archaeological excavations and wildlife conservation to the guiding of bush treks and photographic wildlife safaris.

Between 2001 and 2007, Carel guided and operated throughout East Africa, and has personally made it his quest to "drive every road in Tanzania and Kenya", creating a truly unique first hand understanding of this destination. With his passion and drive, Carel heads-up www.safari365.com

Zubayda Emeran-Hendricks
sales and Travel Cordinator

She might not admit it straight away but Zubayda is a woman who likes to try things out first. After finishing school she experimented with public management and then conveyancing before finding her niche: travel.
"I just love Africa and everything about it!" grins ever-cheerful Zubayda - known to friends and family as Zuby, or just plain Z - and after 3 years in the travel business her passion for the continent, along with her desire to share it with others, has not diminished. Creating peerless safaris and holidays for her clients is what Z does best.
